DAVIDE SCARPA – RESERVE BOWMAN, MID BOW & PIT
Born 40 years ago in Naples, the blood in his veins is part Neopolitan, from his mother, and part Istrian, from his father.  He is mostly known by his nickname, Manolo.  He was with Mascalzone Latino for both America's Cup campaigns, the team with which he won 3 consecutive Farr 40 Worlds in 2006, '07, and '08.  He won the IMS Worlds in '96 and '99, has sailed in the Admiral's Cup twice, and earned second place at the World Quarter Ton in 1991.
